Booking Terms and Conditions – Harmony Hill Chalet

1. Provider

ALESSDARI BUCOVINA S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 51012204, trade register no. J2024047978007, registered office: Glodu village, Panaci municipality, no. 49A, Suceava County, e-mail: [email protected], phone: +40 764 954 785 ("we"). Property: Harmony Hill Chalet, Gura Glodului, Panaci, Suceava County, Romania. Classification: tourist guesthouse (pensiune turistică), 4 daisies, certificate no. 44799 of 04.11.2025.

2. Subject of the booking

The chalet is rented as a whole to one group (not by room): 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, max. 15 guests. The price of 3,200 lei per night for the entire chalet includes the sauna and both hot tubs (ciubăre). Prices shown in € are indicative only (1 € = 5.5 lei); payment is made in lei.

3. Booking and payment

1. You book on the website by choosing your dates. Payment is made online via Stripe by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay.
2. You can pay a deposit of 20 % of the stay price or the full amount.
3. A booking is only valid once payment has been received. Bank transfer is not available to secure a booking.
4. The remaining balance is paid at check-in, in cash or by bank transfer.
5. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not see or store it.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Other times can be agreed in advance, subject to availability.

5. Security deposit

At check-in we ask for a security deposit of 1,000 lei, in cash or by transfer. It is refunded in full at check-out after the chalet has been checked (or by transfer within 3 days at the latest), minus any damage.

6. Cancellation

The following applies to the amount paid:

• more than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full;
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50 % of the deposit is refunded;
• less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: the deposit is not refunded.

If you paid the full amount, the rules above apply to the deposit portion (20 % of the stay price); the rest of the amount paid is refunded in full.

Please cancel in writing at [email protected]. Refunds are made via the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Rebooking

You may rebook free of charge to another date within 12 months, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 15 days before arrival.

8. House rules

• Pets are not allowed.
• Maximum 15 guests; children are welcome and count as guests.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours.
• Sauna and hot tubs are used at your own risk and according to the posted instructions; children only under adult supervision.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guests are liable for damage they cause.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal belongings left unattended or for accidents caused by ignoring the house rules. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.

10. Force majeure

If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure, we will agree on a new date or refund the amounts paid for the period not used.

11. Complaints and disputes

You can write to us at any time at [email protected]. Consumers may contact ANPC (https://anpc.ro/). Romanian law applies; this does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version valid on the payment date applies to a booking.
